Phone interview by recruiter, then phone interview by hiring manager ( Chicago), another phone interview with one of the current CAMs, then they paid for my trip to Michigan to be interviewed face to face by Managing Partner and Lead Client Service Partner From the initial interview early January... my trip to Michigan was re-scheduled 3x because of bad weather. Finally an interview Feb 15th. After my interview, recruiter said, I should hear back in two weeks. Didn't hear from her... 1st week of March, I followed up via email Recruiter said... 2-3 more weeks.... so I patiently waited. April 15 came... 2 months after the Michigan interview... I followed up again Recruiter said... they just went with an internal candidate... REALLY???? Wow, I have dreamt of working for Deloitte for a long long long time... This experience was just the opposite of what I have imagined. I thought that Deloitte would be more organized, systematic and professional.... Two months is not normal. Extremely disappointed.
