Interview
It was basically a four step process-
1. Written test (aptitude)
2. Group discussion (case based)
3. Personal Interview (just a brief about you and your plans for future)
4. Versant (voice versant where one has to connect to IVR and respond to certain questions)

3 steps (CV, phone screening, group case study during business day, final assessment with behavioral interview and 2 individual case studies). At the end, partner interview, which was right at the end of the last 2 individual case studies.
three interviews the same day with different level of hierarchy. They ask relevant questions related to the position and there is unless questions such as "3 strenghts and 3 weaknesess"
