Interview
Very lengthy process. I got a call from recruiter who after a week followed up and set up a telephonic interview after that I went for an in-person interview which was followed by lunch. Overall interview was easy but it took 2 months for them to interview me and make a decision. It was overall a good experience but at times I felt like I was kept waiting for a long time to get updates.

Interview
Interview process consisted of 4 super simple rounds but took 8 months to get to the last round (5th round) which is the Hiring/compensation round.
I’d never recommend Deloitte (UK) to anyone. Highly unprofessional recruitment team who doesn’t really know how to keep track of interview rounds and end up taking ages to release an offer.

The process was very well organized and scheduled. First, there was a phone interview. Second interview was in person and included hiring manger and 2-3 team members who were remote.

I was asked about technical experience but the interview focused mostly on how I managed a team. I felt like they had a solid IT organization but they were simply looking for a new leader who was moving to another position.
