It was conversational. The questions were geared towards getting to know you as an individual. They asked about your involvement in the community. They also ask you about when you are planning to take your CPA exam.

Interview
Multiple rounds of interviews with a some different employees from different departments of the organization. Call backs in between rounds to further plan and clarify the upcoming stages. Some testing materials given in advance of the interviews and other stuff.
Pleasant, calm, professional and involved questions showing an understanding of financial accounting. Do you know the industry, what you expect from the role, etc. was asked if I wanted coffee? I said no, but continued with interview.

Interview
Pretty mid range in terms of difficulty, friendliness and engagement. Some of the questions were hard. Some of the questions were easy. Overall my experience was quite average when comparing to other interviews.
