Interview
Applied for the Consultant Graduate Programme 2020, choosing a focus on the area Digital Consumer.
First round: applied through the website, had to send CV, fill in experiences and write a text about why this area of interest.
Second round: online assignment in the form of a mock e-mail inbox where you have to answer to many e-mails coming every second, chose how to prioritise, in a delimited amount of time.
Third round: Online video assessment. A few questions that you have to answer to through video recording under 1min-1min30sec.
Fourth round: Phone interview (but should have been on-site interview, I was just not in the country). One with two senior consultant and one with a manager, both 35-40 min. Good conversation, lot of behavioral and personal questions, and about you and your experiences.
I got an offer a few days later. The whole process took a month and a half.

Pretty straightforward process overall. Started with a group interview where we worked through a case/activity as a team and discussed our ideas.
Then there was a one-on-one interview with a presentation. It was quite conversational and the presentation was pretty causal as well.
The standardised tests involved comparing many really similar scenarios which felt a bit pointless. The interviewer asked me for a presentation about the pros and cons of AI but when I was discussing the environmental harm they steered me away from the cons.

There were four to five stages of application process, including a group interview and one on one interview. One on one interview involved answering a case study depending on what role you applied for.
