1st on call they confirm if u are fuent in english and also if u are interested
2nd they give u a amcat test link that u have to submit (it will take u around 1 or more weeks to receive this link)
3rd they have an online interview on video call

Question 1
I had an interview scheduled with deloitte but due to internet issues on my side the video call was lagging, they told me that they will reschedule my interview but they never did. It's been more than 2 months and I am still waiting.
The interview process was professional and well-organized. It started with an initial HR screening where they asked about my background, availability, salary expectations, and interest in Deloitte. After that, I had a technical and behavioral interview with the team. They asked about my previous experience, how I handle pressure, and how I would work with clients in a fast-paced consulting environment. Overall, the difficulty was average.

They asked me why I wanted to join Deloitte and how my skills and previous experience would help me succeed as an Associate in Dubai.
It was a two stage interview. First the managers interview which also serves as the panel interview. Then the partners interview. Ideally, it is mostly brief. it can be one or more partner.

Overall, it was a good experience. Suggest preparing well and being honest to align with the company’s values and long-term goals. The questions vary depending on the role probably. Also suggest preparing your own questions, those are always important.
