I interviewed with 1.5 years of experince.
2 Technical rounds, 1 managerial round, and final HR discussion.
1st Round: basic salesforce questions related to config and customization.
2nd Round: Scenario-based questions, integration-related questions, write code for the use case.
3rd Round: About project and my role in project, process we follow in project

Three round 2 technical and 1 techno managerial.
First round coding followed by the techno managerial .
Then the company fit round and they checked on all the things that salesforce developer with 6 yoe must be knowing like write trigger batch flow etc etc
Did my first interview with HR few days ago. Good experience overall. Well structured process, covered all topics and information i needed. Felt comfortable and it went smoothly. Continued with second round.
