Interview was online due to Covid. First half of the interview had two case studies to solve in teams (30 mins each). Second half was 1-on-1 with strength based questions and an individual case study.

Talk about a time when you worked in a team.
What makes a good team?
Pretty straightforward process overall. Started with a group interview where we worked through a case/activity as a team and discussed our ideas.
Then there was a one-on-one interview with a presentation. It was quite conversational and the presentation was pretty causal as well.
The standardised tests involved comparing many really similar scenarios which felt a bit pointless. The interviewer asked me for a presentation about the pros and cons of AI but when I was discussing the environmental harm they steered me away from the cons.

There were four to five stages of application process, including a group interview and one on one interview. One on one interview involved answering a case study depending on what role you applied for.
