Interview
HR was very communicative throughout the process which consisted of 4 different stages. 1. Online aptitude test with several sections: - Abstract reasoning test - Numerical reasoning test - Motivations test - Logical reasoning test - Personality measurement - Verbal aptitude test 2. Interview with HR and senior team member - Motivations and experience 3. Online technical test - 3 small tests on the Codility platform 4. Interview with senior manager and tech lead - In depth technical questions and discussions about the test.

Motivation questions like: Why Deloitte? Why development? Development questions: Time/Space complexity, difference between different types of databases, when to use which, etc.
3 colloquio, uno conoscitivo, uno tecnico e uno con il cliente finale permettendo buone opportunità ma salario offerto non in linea con altre aziende. Il cliente si è rilevata una buona opportunità e con base molto stabile

Moved onto a one-way video interview conducted on Hirevue. If shortlisted, a 1-on-1 in-person interview with an associate director is scheduled for a casual conversation. A technical interview is conducted if you pass the prior steps.
