Interview
It was the smooth process at starting. I cleared 2 technical rounds and then they scheduled last managerial round in that round interviewer ask me very basic question and I answered all the answer and he REJECTED me . recruiter didn't pick my phone call didn't give the feedback as well. they didn't give chance to show my skill . very unfair
Interview process was quite fast and interesting.
1. Pre-screening done by AI Assistant
2. Total 3 Interview rounds conducted. Among this 2 were technical, where they have tested in depth fundamental and the architecture,
senario based questions and 3rd round was partner round, this round was very short and quick as compared to other.
3. HR asked to submit the documents and then discussion was happened and Finally Offer
I did 1 round of interview with the recruiter and then a 1 round of interview with the team, they asked random questions about java, and it was just to see my knowledge
Phone screen with a recruiter. I was not accepted because of a lack relevant experience. The next steps would have been a technical screen but I guess they thought I was not experienced enough for it
