- Entrevista normal; para la posicion se cumplen todos los requerimentos,
- despues de varias entrevistas, empieza la negociacion de salario, se cumplen todos los requisitos para la posicion de 3 - 5 yoe; en la cual se tienen 2-3 anios de exp, por lo tanto no pueden ofrecer ni mejorar la oferta de salario ya que superaria su rango, y entraria en senior; aunque la posicion requiera lo de un senior / semi senior.
