Phone screening, interview with Senior Manager, Usecase study with another Senior Manager and finally a meeting/interview with a Director/partner. The two senior managers were professional and asked about my prior work experience. However, during the final stage, the Director who came across overly friendly (in a contrived way), mostly spoke about himself (including some swearing) and did not ask me any questions about my work experience or skills.
A few days later, I got an email with one line of generic feedback that said "looking for more extensive people leading skills, knowledge of bidding processes and client facing experience". Very frustrating and time wasting experience as the Director clearly made up his mind about me even before meeting me (feels very unfair especially I was never asked about these three aspects and certainly not by the Director; I had extensive experience in those areas). I cannot help but think that my background/ethnicity, which was not inline with the four people that interviewed me during the process, had something to do with the outcome.
