I got recruited from a Forum, a brief exchange with a senior manager on my motivation to join EY and what my career goals are. The next interview was with two senior partners, a brief exchange on my background and on the expectations I have for the financial auditor role and ofc a part where you could ask all the questions you need.

Why do you want to join? Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
A Screening with a Resume and a motivation letter, Online Tests with logics french and english plus personnal reasoning in several situations, 2 physical interview with Managers and Human ressources. Process took around 3 weeks.
