Un Assessment d'une demi journée composée:
- d'un test de personnalité (préalablement fait, il s'agit alors de commenter les résultats)
- d'un test de logique de 20 min sur ordinateur : très très rapide, ils s'agit de calculs a effectués en un temps restreint
- d'un cas pratique en groupe
- d'un entretien individuel sur ses motivation en français et/ou en anglais

En dehors de votre parcours académique et professionnel, quelle est votre plus grande fierté?
Il s'agit d'un processus de recrutement en trois temps : un entretien avec un manager, un cas pratique relatif au secteur public avec un directeur, puis un entretien avec un associé.

Comparatively easier compared to other big 4. Typically a 45 mins interview with focus on technical questions. Interviewer mainly checks your technical knowledge and experience based off your previous projects.

The interview lasted about an hour and was highly technical, covering topics in depth. The detailed discussion suggests genuine interest in evaluating my skills, experience, problem-solving abilities, and overall fit for the role.
