I applied through an employee referral. The process took 12 months. I interviewed at EY (London, England) in Sept 2012
Interview
3 interviews (telephone, 1:1, 1:1 with short presentation). The whole process took over 18 months and involved many reminder phone calls to the HR department and at least one wasted trip to see a Director who wasn't aware of my planned interview. Very inefficient indeed.

I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at EY (New Delhi) in May 2026
Interview
I had interviewed for a Manager role at EY. I already informed them during the initial call that I have a total of 6.6 years of experience. After that, they scheduled my L1 interview round, which I cleared successfully. However, I was rejected in the L2 round because they were looking for candidates with 8+ years of experience for a leadership role.
