Interviewed on campus for the Women in Technology Conference. Then attended the Women in Technology Conference in Chicago and then got asked to second round interviews which were held in the Chicago office.

What do you think is most important to outsiders when looking at a company?
Nice and kind interviewers who explained well about the job. Very informative and detailed. Interviewers also seem very knowledgeable, to the point which talked about pros and cons of big4.

Interview
It was good. It took about an hour and mostly asked from the resume. If you are thorough with your resume you would be able to get through it. Be prepared to have a situation based answer to every responsibility you have written in your resume

Question 1
The most important question to them according to me was
Why EY?
They wanted to know how much you know about the company and where do you see yourself making a positive impact for the company.
Interview was around 30-50 minutes, depending on the number of interviewers. Just have to sit back and relax and answers questions. The questions were quite predictable, standard interview questions. Better to share more of personal experiences during the interview.
