Assessment center puis entretien avec manager et enfin une épreuve de raisonnement verbal et numérique.
L'accueil est très sympa, présentation de EY par des associés.
L'exercice collectif est très intéressant, échange entre les différents candidats dans un cadre bienveillant
Il s'agit d'un processus de recrutement en trois temps : un entretien avec un manager, un cas pratique relatif au secteur public avec un directeur, puis un entretien avec un associé.

Comparatively easier compared to other big 4. Typically a 45 mins interview with focus on technical questions. Interviewer mainly checks your technical knowledge and experience based off your previous projects.

The interview lasted about an hour and was highly technical, covering topics in depth. The detailed discussion suggests genuine interest in evaluating my skills, experience, problem-solving abilities, and overall fit for the role.
