There are several stages for the application. First of all, I did a written test comprising of accounting questions as well as having to write two essays that are related to the financial topic and the importance of having a good management system in a global company.
Secondly, I did an HR interview which talks more about my background as well as financial and management experiences.
Third, I had to present a financial case study as if I were an EY employee wanting to solve a client's problem of whether or not to invest in a company.
Then, I had a talk with the Senior Manager regarding my background and experiences--I think this is more to get the 'feel' of myself as a possible employee. As well as a few technical questions.
And lastly, the partner interview which is more or less the same as the SM interview.
