I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Chicago, IL) in Oct 2018
Interview
I spoke with one Staff II, one Manager, two Senior Managers, and a Partner in my service line. All of the conversations were very easy going--EY staff were more concerned with why I wanted to apply for Risk Advisory and whether I would be a good fit. I went to a pre-night, completed a video interview, and was flown to Chicago for an office interview. During the office interview, I completed two behavioral interviews and one case study. Breakfast and lunch were also provided and we were paired with Staff and Senior Staff.
The interview process was 2 behavioral interviews followed by a case study. In the case study you are provided a case to review for 10-15 minutes and asked follow-up interviews regarding what you read.

I applied through campus job board, had an online interview for around 6 questions.
