Interview
Amazing interview process with EY. Hirevue for the first round after resume screening. If selected, the next is Superday. There are 3 rounds of interview during the super. Two 30-min behavioral and a 40-min case interview. Interviewers are so chill, and they are truly interested in your experience. You can see they are learning from you. Definitely no grilling questions.
Telephone Interview - Was quite specific, they really wanted to know you as a person. Make sure you use STAR technique to answer questions and try to have more than one example to each competency question just in case

get the first round campus interview, then follow with a writing assessment, then finally get the onsite interview. people are friendly, and be prepare for the case interview. the case interview is not hard compare to other big four companies, but they are seeking for well rounded persons.
