I had applied through referral. Received call from HR 9 days after application submitted and asked to complete 1 online interview prior to my interview with hiring manager. Online interview took about 30 mins and it was asking some behavioral questions. 15 minutes before my interview with hiring manager, was asked to complete an essay. Introduced yourself and be confident. They will ask you about the job you applied for. They also will ask about your study background. The manager who is interview also very helpful.

took a whole day!! had to wait for a long time ....no proper communication beforehand regarding how long would it take ,most of them are there waiting without going for lunch
Good interview got to ask lots of questions and the interviewer was friendly and open to answering questions . Pretty standard questions would recommend reading the latest on the company
