On campus interview followed by an overnight office visit. Very well managed and organized. Paid attention to the details and did a great job of introducing candidates to multiple staff people and making you feel comfortable in the office environment.

Easy, they are just asking behavourial questions. For a starting career in Halifax, the pay was low for a master degree. But they are willing to negotiate depending of your skills and your experience

The whole recruitment process took about two weeks, including a Hirevue interview followed by final interviews with a partner and a senior manager. I received the result three days after the final interview.
