I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at EY (Ḩawwārah, Amman Governorate) in May 2014
Interview
I did two interviews. First with HR which was direct. I was asked why i wanted to work at the company, how i had heard about the job, and if i would be ok with traveling a lot since the job required it.
Second interview was with the manager, which was more of a discussion about the structure of the departments, the different teams, types of clients. I wasn't asked any difficult questions as i already had experience in the field.
I then had to do a language test, and a logic test. I also had to do a test about the different service lines the company offers, and the benefits i thought each service line provided to clients.

Interview
They mostly pay attention to soft skills. They judged me for my age which I found a little bit unprofessional. It is very important to have a good motivation story.

Question 1
Why do you choose the Netherlands?
How do you deal with stress?
How do you handle a challenge?
Interview process was good. Not too many technical questions, but they are looking to see your personality. It went though 4 rounds of interviews total. Interviewers looked forward to any questions I had to ask, so I would advise to prepare questions for all rounds.
