Interview
1. Application Submission
- Submit your resume and cover letter via EY’s career portal.

2. Online Assessments (for Entry-Level/Graduate Roles)
- Situational Judgment Test (SJT):Assesses how you handle workplace scenarios.
- Numerical/Verbal Reasoning Tests: Evaluate problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Personality Questionnaire: Matches your traits with EY’s culture.
3. Video Interview (Pre-Recorded or Live)
- Pre-recorded (HireVue): Answer behavioral questions (e.g., teamwork, leadership) within a time limit.
- Live Video Interview: May involve competency-based questions with an HR representative.
4. Assessment Center (for Graduate & Experienced Hires)
If you pass initial stages, you may be invited to an in-person or virtual assessment day, which typically includes:
- Group Exercise: Case study discussion with other candidates to assess collaboration.
- Written/Presentation Exercise:Analyze a business scenario and present recommendations.
- EY-specific Case Study: Solve a problem related to EY’s services (e.g., audit risks, consulting strategy).
- Final Interview (Partner/Manager Interview): Behavioral and technical questions.
5. Final Interview (Behavioral & Technical)
- Behavioral Questions:
- "Tell me about a time you led a team."
- "Describe a situation where you handled a difficult client."
- "Why EY?" (Research EY’s values, like "Building a Better Working World.")
- Technical Questions (Role-Specific):
- Audit/Tax: Accounting standards, financial statements.
- Consulting/Advisory: Market trends, problem-solving cases.
- Cultural Fit: EY looks for candidates who align with their values (integrity, teamwork, innovation).
6. Offer & Onboarding
- Successful candidates receive an offer, followed by background checks.
- Entry-level hires may go through training programs.
It was good, they asked questions about ifrs and us gaap the company is good. Environment is highly competitive but it's fine things happen and it is what it is at the end of day

Question 1
What is your name and what are your strengths and weakness
Interview with HR, about 30 minutes. HR is so nice and give me the feedbacks that i feel it is so valuable for me. The interview went well and there is nothing to complain
there's two 30mins interview back to back, one with partner, one with senior managers. All the question are behavior questions, try to make ur answer with ur resume. Usually got back from the recruiter with in 2 week.
