Interview
Candidatura online – invio CV e, in alcuni casi, lettera motivazionale.
Screening HR – valutazione del profilo e colloquio telefonico o video per verificare motivazioni, percorso e competenze di base.
Test online/assessment – prove logico-attitudinali, linguistiche o business case.
Colloquio tecnico – con manager o senior, centrato su competenze specifiche, esperienze e capacità di problem solving.
Colloquio finale – con partner o direttore, focalizzato su motivazioni, valori e fit culturale
The interview was relatively straight forward and focused on my ability to articulate my skills and experiences as in my CV, aligning my expectations with theirs, and answering my questions on the company culture, job scope etc.
The interview process was lengthy. I completed online assessments before a final video interview, and I went in blind, with no idea what questions might come up. I'd recommend preparing example questions beforehand for the digital interview.

Introduction, two questions about the financial reports, aksed the difference between key financial reports. asked if can handle overtime. Was pretty chill, nothing too difficult, recieved offer about 3 days later.
