A great waste of time. Interviewer obviously did not even read my CV before attending, and was late.
2 weeks passed before I had to follow up with HR, then was promptly sent a rejection email right after. It was like you’re definitely an after thought if they feel you’re not up to their “standards”.
Just as well, because after the first round I knew I wouldn’t fit into their workaholic culture, their definition of flat hierarchy is warped. Flat in terms of workload (I.e you could end up doing as much as a manager and above your pay grade), but distinct tiers of authority. Also did some background checking, and knew they were not able to match my current salary. Don’t bother.
