Phone interview. Very quick round 10 minutes long. Basic questions and easy to answer on the spot. Was called back the same day to be offered a group interview a week later but didn't attend

Group interview. 10 candidates in a small dingy room. Poorly organised and interviewers showed very little interest or skill in conducting an effective interview. Were in pairs for the whole thing, no way to stand out and other people taking credit for your ideas. No observation of how you handled planning and answering the tasks in your pairs, interviewers just sat there having a chat.
