I was called for an interview for the role of an OBIEE developer. I was supposed to report to the office at 10 a.m. but since there was some delay the interview started only by 2. The first round was technical and went on for nearly half an hour. After that, they announced that I am through the first round and will proceed to the next hr round. This was a normal HR round with behavioural questions. I was informed that I was selected and the salary was discussed thereafter. The same day, the team requested all the documents and conducted biometric for further processing. Two days later, I was sent a mail asking for the required documents for background verification and also a follow up call to send them asap so that further processing can be done. I did send the requested docs but thereafter there was no response even after writing mails to the HR. There was no way I could follow up. No contacts shared, no responses on mail. When I was hoping for the offer letter, I get a mail after more than 3 weeks which said - Thank you for showing interest in IBM GBU. Your candidature cannot be taken further. Thats the day I decided I will never again be interested in IBM GBU. Guys, hugely irresponsible take on the whole thing. No one is answerable, so even if they have confirmed, don't consider yourself placed until you have an offer letter.

It was pleasant experience to get interviewed by IBM. Telephonic interview was done and get the result on the same day.Got a positive response from HR who has scheduled the interview.Interviewer was very supportive and polite.
