Interview
I interviewed with several people at multiple levels: 3 peers and 3 leaders. Most were via phone and one with my direct leader was face to face. Everyone was very friendly yet very thorough and wanted to make sure that the job was a fit for both of us.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at IBM (Coppell, TX) in Sept 2012
Interview
The process was a very good one although somewhat intimidating at first as I was to provide a presentation to a review panel on my presenting skills. I was nervous as I was not sure what they were looking for however; I was still able to get through the presentation and convince the audience that I was right for the job.

I was asked how I felt about a particular product and if I believe that it can still be sold
