JAVA developer with 5 years of experience. The interview process is like one online test followed with two technical and one managerial round. All the rounds will be in a single day.And for the offer letter to be released , it wont take much time; you will get the offer letter in a week.
The IBM interview process includes resume screening, technical interviews on coding and concepts, and HR round evaluating communication, culture fit, and overall suitability. Overall difficulty level is easy to moderate .
1st round is technical round and another is Manager round after that got call from HR to negotiate the package. Received the offer letter within 1 week. Technical round lasted for 45 mins and asked c# basics, .net core questions and manager round discussed about current project and latest technologies used.

I had two rounds of Interview.. first was technical which had questions on my skill set. Second was a bit of technical , functional and discussion on my experience and expectations.
