After applying, took IBM IPAT, then had a coding interview through Hackerrank CodePair with a developer on the team. They asked me questions about my resume and experience, but didn't let me code.

What courses are you interested in taking during the last year of your degree? What was your favourite course so far? Have you used C outside of your classes?
I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at IBM (Markham, ON) in Oct 2018

An online video interview was set up about a week after my application to the position on a Univeristy job board. The interviewer asked about my projects, past positions on my resume, and my coursework. Also asked if I had experience with completes. No technical problem to solve.

Explain a challenge you had and how you dealt with it.
IBM will send you online invitation for 70 min test where it tests for C, OOP, and array etc.
There are about 20 multiple choices and 4-5 coding questions where you can compile and run the code on browser.
