Interview
An interview was scheduled based on referral, scheduled multiple times but I have missed. Finally decided to show up. the process was very smooth although had to go back and get photocopies of two government id proof(mandatory). attended telephonically. only one round of technical around 20 mins and then HR round.
started with my profile and went depth into JD offered. Each and every module and the sub-module an interviewee must be a good command on that apart from this you must be updated with the upcoming technology for your field which may enhance your profile stronger and effect to the panel as well.
The interview was professionally handled despite the shift to a hybrid format. Though the interviewer joined via Teams, the interaction remained seamless, and the overall experience was positive and productive.
Not good , didn"t reply with rejection or acceptance and left me onhold and itwas"nt good at all , i felt it"s a fake job post , also i felt it"s abit un professional for a company in the size of ibm

Interview
There was only one round interviews. It was technical and after that HR round. Interview was medium level difficult was able to crack. Package offered was not as expected but i joined because of the work life balance of IBM.
