The Interview Process and Questions seems to be ok .But the main problem is if they ask 10 questions and they want all 10 questions too be answered correctly ,then only they are hiring .This is actually bad from an employee perspective .The main thing is the attitude ,but they are not seeing those things.

Pasos estándar para la compañía, empezando por test online sobre varias cuestiones como por ejemplo puzzles, idiomas, personalidad... Luego entrevista que puede ser telemática con el manager. Recursos humanos se pone en contacto contigo posteriormente.

Process was quite smooth and clear, Also there was enough communication till offer was released.
The whole process took less than 10 days. I will really appreciate the process and HR works.
