2 month interview process, useless cognitive test at first. Then I got a call from the sales manager telling me I didn’t sound I was looking for a sales role. I emailed the company I didn’t want they contact me anymore. I received an email from the hr telling me the manager didn’t have much experience in interviewing people so she’ll direct me to another senior sales manager. The second interview didn’t make the difference. He was more interested in understanding why I said I had a bad experience with the first sales manager than asking me relevant questions.

Started with a virtual interview which was pretty basic and then moved on to an actual interview with a recruiter. That interview was similar in style and mixed basic questions with STAR questions.
