What would you do if your project team is behind schedule?
3 rounds, first round consists of a group interview. Second round consist of an individual interview. The last round is a group presentation. The interview process takes around 1 month.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at IBM (Quezon City, National Capital Region) in Jan 2025
Interview
It was a great experience. The interviewer made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Most of the questions were about my past experiences, especially my OJT and my thesis or capstone project. Overall, the interview went smoothly.
