When coming to IBM, I started in the apprentice program. It was a great program that allowed to start my developer career. It was a very basic and normal interview. I was only asked about previous Java experience and that was as technical as it got.

The entire interview process consisted of 3 parts: the initial phone screening, behavioral, and technical. The technical interview was divided into 2 parts: technical questions and white boarding problems using HackerRank's coding environment.
