3 rounds of interview - Technical, Manager & HR.
Tech round consists of familiarity within IT infra, desktops, servers etc. Manager round mostly on attitude and fitment. HR is about general queries and final offer.
The interview process was structured and professional. It began with a recruiter screening, followed by a technical round and a final discussion with senior leadership. Communication was clear throughout, and the interviewers were respectful and knowledgeable. Overall, a smooth and engaging experience.

why are you interested in this role and our company ?
Recruiter (first round , line manager second round) , HR (final round). All interviewers wanted to understand my background and whether I am a good fit for the position. I had to demonstrate my readiness for the advertised position through a number of examples from my previous roles.
