Had a HR Call first to ask some legal questions and then 1 hour interview with the Sustainability Head because my role was for Sustainability. Was a grueling interview because they asked question after question. You need to think fast.

It’s very easy, was a quick call, and they asked about behavioral questions and skills. Told me that if they liked my profile they would call me in the next days.
Smooth process with HR phone screen followed by technical interview. Questions focused on previous projects, problem-solving, and role knowledge. Interviewers were friendly and explained each step clearly, process is good overall
