All the rounds were good and an hour each
Then the last HR round provided feedback on time
All the rounds were done within a week

Interview
There weren't too many questions that caught me off guard. I had 2 phone interviews, both were over my portfolio. The first was with the hiring manager and the second was with a conference (more than 1 person). For both, I went through my portfolio, where they asked me questions about my experience, skills, and process of my projects.

interview 1) 60 minute portfolio review of one project case study and then interview 2) presentation of a 4-6 hour take home design challenge. For the second interview, we were told to spend 4-6 hours on a heuristic review and designing solutions and creating mockups of these screens

What was the most challenging part of the design challenge?
There were multiple online assessments and 1 take-home design challenge. The challenge was meant to be completed within a certain amount of time (I think it was 2 to 4 hours or so).
