Overall it was smooth and everything was quick. Interviews didn't take so much time. Regular questions with HR and Technical interview with subject matter experts from applied position. Later on conversation with team manager and hiring manager.

Bogus interview process. I applied foe something and they start asking question which w as not relevant for me at all. Would never apply again at IBM for any role in the future.

there were 3 rounds, 1st was coding, next 2 were technical interview. 1st round went well but then got rejected in the 1st technical round. It was easy but then don't know what went wrong
