Interview
I applied online and got selected for a phone call interview with the team's manager. I did not hear back for a couple of weeks so I emailed the manager to ask for an update. He then said that he'd like to offer me the job. Keep in mind that this was an internship position so the interview process was way easier compared to one for a full-time job. Also, each team's interview process is heavily influenced by the team's manager so it is definitely not the same across teams in the company.

Applied through the company portal, completed an online coding assessment, followed by a technical interview covering data structures, algorithms, OOP concepts, and project experience. Concluded with an HR discussion about the role, career goals, availability, and compensation expectations.
Describe the interview process: The process consisted of three rounds: an initial online assessment focusing on data structures and algorithms, followed by two technical video interviews. ## IBM Interview Process
The process began with initial resume shortlisting, followed by competitive **DSA and coding rounds** to test core technical concepts. After clearing those, I cleared two comprehensive interviews with the **Hiring Manager/Tech Expert** and **HR**.
