phone interview, with multiple people in the organization. Again not sure how a minimum number of words really helps with this information. They follow they same pattern everyone else does for interviews. You interview with a mgr/director/vp and then move up the chain.

Four interviews. Phone twice, online second, a third as a case study in person. Overall the team conducting the interview were very professional and showed a great deal of empathy. IBM has high standards and those interviewing you want the same for you.
