pretty straightforward, questions are exactly what'd be expected in a consulting interview, plus side is they don't turn on your webcam they only record your voice. I'm pretty sure this is just a weeding segment, and there will definitely be more personal interviews later on.

decribe a time you worked with someone who was difficult, how did you resolve it, what was the outcome?
This was a recorded interview. Mostly behavioral. Interface was simple but email assessment instructions did not describe that would be the environment. The assessment was on an online platform called Knockri.
The interview was very friendly. I was able to talk a lot about skills and experience while the interviewer was curious as well. It was both mutually interested and really good experience
