Based on my experience, I found the interview process for this company to be quite easy and straightforward. As an experienced engineer, I felt that the questions asked were basic and did not challenge me much. It gave me the impression that this job might require minimal effort but still allow you to excel if you have knowledge in automation. The overall process followed a standard format - after passing the initial stage, I had an interview with the hiring manager and then another one with engineers on the technical side. Surprisingly, I didn't find any of these interviews difficult. However, I was disappointed with the recruiters' lack of communication skills. They did not personally inform me whether I passed or failed, which I found to be ignorant and unprofessional. Based on this experience, I would think twice before applying for a position at this company again. Overall Rating: 1/5 stars
