Interview
The interview consisted of two 30-minute interviews with two managers from various areas of finance. One manager conducted in an interview in a manner that covered my skills, experiences working and what I knew about IBM. The second interview was primarily filled with questions in a CAR style, most of the questions tested my financial knowledge and what strengths/weaknesses I had.

Give an example of a time when you were faced with a challenge from peers, how did you overcome the challenge and what strategies did you use?
Passed first round of interview process, received confirmation to proceed, then the hiring manager realized I wasn't eligible due to a mistake in the job description and disqualified me -_-
it was good the process was bit difficult it was about jurnal entries and accounting three rounds of interview with technical hr and resume shotlisting technical is bit hard to crack
Average. Totally 3 rounds, 1st round is the phone screening , then 2nd round interview, meet with direct managers after a week, then meet with department managers in 2 weeks...............
