Interview
To join IBM, after the IPAT test, I started with the first interview with a Manager responsible for the area you will work and a person from HR. It's a very friendly interview and for entry level there are no deep technical questions. After that you go more in detail with the senior manager.
good as what i read online and heard from friends past experience. Would recommend to others as well. The HR person is really friendly and efficient on communication and logistics
First group interview with a problem topic shown forehead. Prepare a ppt and share it with candidates in the first round. the second round is the individual interview in which questions based on your CV are provided.

Friendly interviewer, especially for new grad. Encourage you to share your experience. The job content matched what was discussed during the interview. Did not ask unreasonable question. Also give you time to ask question about the company. Quite an enjoyable interview experience.
