O processo seletivo começa com alinhamento com time de recrutamento que comenta sobre o processo seletivo e objetivo da área, na sequencia fiz um teste tecnico relativamente simples envolvendo análises básicas de análise de qualidade de dados, bivariadas e modelagem. O time de produtos também participa dessa entrevista e foi realmente em um tom leve e divertido. Por fim uma entrevista em inglês é realizada incluindo discussões sobre carreira, futuro da empresa e como poderia contribuir na estratégia. A recrutadora é quem liga e faz oferta, negociando valores e data de entrada assim como formalização de benefícios.
