I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Meta (New York, NY) in Jan 2022
Interview
1. Phone screen - 2 technical questions (LC medium)
2. Onsite - 3 rounds, 2 technical rounds and 1 behavioral.
I highly suggest going through the Facebook LC tagged questions, those will be similar to what you will be asked, they also provide their own practice questions go through that as well. Interview was difficult just short timed, gotta solve fast.

Q. Tell me about a time you disagreed with a manager?
The technical round hit me with a classic array manipulation problem: moving zeroes to the end without disrupting the order of non-zero elements. As I tackled it, I felt a wave of familiarity wash over me; I had just practiced a similar challenge on PracHub. The rest of the interview followed a straightforward path, with some easy behavioral questions sprinkled in. Overall, it felt very easy, but I wasn’t quite the right fit for what they needed, so I didn’t receive an offer.
