Case study and behavioral like all the big 4. As with all her big 4 case studies, these are detailed scripts that you have to read and answer specific questions. The interviewer stays in the room and will guide the process. Approach is important. Behavioral / fit interview with directors / partners.

Interview
There were three back-to-back interviews with Consulting Directors and Partners. The questions were mainly behavioral, allowed for plenty of time for questions at the end. The interviews felt like a conversation.

Standard 2 part interview: 1 case study and then competency based.
Case study required about 30 minutes and then we had to present our findinds and recommendations.
Competency based interview segment was general questions about examples of working in a team, under pressure, how i resolved conflict in the past.
The interview was divided into 4 parts - first is basic screening profile, second aptitude, third case interview, fourth Hr round. It was smooth process over all. I loved the interview
