After you have applied and submitted your application online, you will directly receive an email of taking the aptitude test and personal essay on strength-based questions. Just fill this up with your examples to indicate how you come over or solve a problem. The aptitude test includes test of english grammar, inductive, numerical, verbal and personality test which is as same as other aptitude tests. You have to finish all these within 3 days after your application.
Once you get a phone call, which approximately cost you 2 weeks, you are invited to attend the Superday. It is an HR call, so please do not miss strange calls.
On Superday, you have group assessment with discussion and presentation, panel interview with manager and partners, exploring PwC. Lunch will be provided as well. Take your time to ask anything secret or internal that you want to know when you have the time with managers. They are willing to tell you and give you deeper understanding to their company. Be yourself on that day.
It was a good interview process where they test your accounting knowledge and ability to work in a team. They also ask you behavioural questions as well. Best to prepare as much as possible beforehand
Very straightforward, partners & senior managers were friendly and asked expected technical questions. Key thing to stand out is to really research the company and how the grad programme works - focus on exactly what you will do in assurance, what the role would look like and also some basic accounting understanding.
